Team Leadership

Stefanie Young

President and Co-Founder of the ASIINA Cycling Team. She is the 2023 Utah State Criterium Champion, the 2024 Utah State Masters Road Race Champion, and winner of the inaugural Utah Crit League. With her sights set on Professional Road National Championships and UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in 2025, Stefanie continues to push boundaries in competitive cycling.

Rebecca Bauer

Vice President and Co-Founder of the ASIINA Cycling Team. Becca finds joy in fostering community through cycling. As a co-founder of the Radical Adventure Riders chapter in Salt Lake City and a former board member of the Utah Cycling Association, she has been involved in various aspects of the cycling world. Becca enjoys a wide range of cycling activities, from crit racing to bikepacking. Becca is extremely grateful for the opportunity to support and grow women’s cycling in Utah.

Ashley Maginot

Secretary and Co-Founder of ASIINA Cycling Team. Ashley is a former track athlete from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, whose career shifted after a series of injuries. During the pandemic, she discovered a passion for triathlons, but it was cycling that truly captured their heart. Now a dedicated cyclist, Ashley is a 2-time Hawaii state champion in road racing and time trial, as well as the current Utah time trial state champion, with a second-place finish in the General Classification at Valley of the Sun in 2024.
